Apartments

The apartments within Esmeralda Beach are of the highest quality with a choice of either 1 or 2 bedrooms, they are located in 4 blocks all low rise of only 2 floors and surrounding a lagoon style pool area with communal gardens.

Each block also has in its centre tennis, volleyball or similar. Great care has been taken in the design of the blocks and their apartments ensuring the peace and tranquillity of the area is maintained.

A rental guarantee is also included of €300 per month for the 1 bedroom apartments and € 400 per month for the 2 bedrooms. Owners will have 4 weeks own use of their apartment.
